The Oregon Council of County Law Libraries has received an LSTA Planning Grant from the Oregon State Library for 2010. We are currently interested in hiring a library services consultant to assist us with the project.

What is the time period in which the consultant’s work will be performed?
The length of the grant is one year. The last day of the grant year is Jan 31, 2011.
How many meetings will the planning committee hold?
Please provide a one trip travel cost estimate. The number of planning committee meetings has not been pre-determined.
Where will planning committee meetings be held?
In the Portland area.
Is there a maximum amount for the cost of the consultant?
Total amount of the grant is $72,880. The budget is a part of the application.
Are there more specific criteria or weighting of factors by which the proposals will be judged?
